Neutral Zone

A non-war zone created by treaty between Elves and Dark Elves. Upon this agreement, the river of this area became the border between the races' territories, and the vicinity areas were designated as a neutral zone. Currently, there are guards posted at both sides of the river who see that the agreement is observed.
