Purchasable clan halls

Interior furnishings

Only the leader of a clan of level 2 or higher that doesn't have a clan hall can buy a clan hall. Clan halls are available in Dion (Town of Dion) (C Grade), Gludio (Town of Gludio), Gludin (Gludin Village) and Schuttgart (Town of Schuttgart) (B Grade), and in Giran (Town of Giran), Aden (Town of Aden), Goddard (Town of Goddard) and Rune (Rune Township) (A Grade).

Each clan hall has its own name. For example, the first clan hall in Gludin is called Gludin's Crystal Hall (Gludin Crystal Hall).

Buying a clan hall

Clan leaders can bid on only one clan hall at an auction. When a clan leader places a bid, the corresponding amount of adena is taken from the clan warehouse. Bids must be higher than previous ones. A clan leader can't bid more than the clan warehouse holds.

The clan leader who placed the highest bid when the auction ends wins. If the clan manages to buy the clan hall, the clan leader receives a victory message. All previous residents of the clan hall are removed from it.

The amounts bid by the losing clan leaders are returned to their warehouses.

Clan hall upkeep

A clan that owns a clan hall must deposit the weekly clan hall tax in its warehouse. If the tax isn't paid, the clan leader receives a message and a one-week grace period. If the tax still isn't paid, the clan hall is confiscated for non-payment and put up for auction.

HP and MP can be restored in the clan hall for free.

The clan hall has a warehouse and teleports that take clan members to the town/village entrance and to the square. Teleports to other areas are paid.

Clan hall decorations

Players can add various decorations and functions to their clan hall.

Selling Clan Halls

A clan leader can put their clan hall up for sale at the auctioneer. The auction period can be set to 7 days, 3 days or 1 day. The clan leader can write a short description of the clan hall on offer and must leave a deposit to put it up for auction.

The clan leader can cancel the auction within the set period, but in that case the deposit isn't returned, and a new auction can't be announced for the next 7 days.

If nobody owns a clan hall or it is left without proper upkeep, it automatically goes to auction with a 7-day period.

If a clan disbands before the end of the auction selling its clan hall, the auction continues, but the proceeds and the deposit can't be collected.

If nobody took part in the auction, the clan hall stays with its previous owner, but the deposit isn't returned.

If a clan successfully sells its clan hall, the clan leader receives a message. The highest bid minus taxes, plus the deposit, appear in the selling clan's warehouse.

Contestable clan halls

Certain clan halls are conquered through the clan's military skill or won in special mini-games. In these clan halls, as in purchased ones, item creation and other functions are available.
